How RiverLife has been working with this Community

RiverLife’s partnership with Gospel of Christ Fellowship (GCF) Church in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, started when we sponsored Bishop Windsor Cabrera and his team of pastors for the Global Leadership Summit in Singapore in 2008. In 2012, they attended the cell leadership training course conducted by RiverLife Church. They brought back what they learnt and started practising in their respective churches in the Philippines. Following the training, GCF grew from 10 cells to 50 cells and to-date, has 125-150 cell groups! This cell concept learnt by the GCF pastors is now being taught and used by many other churches in North Philippines! The partnership with GCF has expanded to Pangasinan Alliance of Ministerial Association Now in Action (PAMANA) which is active in the whole province of Pangasinan.

In 2015, RiverLife organised a large pastors and leaders revival conference in Dagupan city. Since then, God has been moving powerfully through province-wide movements.

Through such movements, we work with the local church pastors to strengthen the unity of the body of Christ in Pangasinan. Likewise, Riverlife has consistently assisted churches under PAMANA in church planting, evangelism, and cell discipleship. This is in pursuit of PAMANA’s vision of planting a “Church in every Barangay (village)”. During the Covid pandemic crisis, the Pangasinan churches have continued to sow lovingly into the communities in need and at large; and are still fervent in their outreach efforts.
